1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using megajobfair.ca (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About the Event
The Website promotes and supports registration for the PICS Mega Job Fair (the “Event”), operated by Progressive Intercultural Community Services Society (“PICS”). Event dates, venues, exhibitors, programming, and schedules may change without prior notice.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes related to the Event, including exploring employment opportunities, registering as a candidate or exhibitor, and contacting PICS. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems
- Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading information
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse content without permission
- Interfere with the Website’s operation or security
4. Registrations and Submissions
When you submit a registration or contact form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. PICS reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or cancel registrations at its discretion.
Exhibitor registrations may be subject to additional contracts, invoices, booth assignments, and sponsorship terms communicated separately by PICS.

All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is owned by PICS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Website content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use related to the Event.
6. User-Submitted Content
By submitting logos, descriptions, résumés, photographs, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and you grant PICS a non-exclusive licence to use it for Event-related purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Website and Event information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PICS does not guarantee employment outcomes, interviews, or hiring results for job seekers. Exhibitor participation does not guarantee a specific level of attendance or recruitment outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or attendance at the Event.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PICS, its directors, employees, volunteers, and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
